Federica Carlesi was born in Florence and she is a freelance fashion stylist based between Florence and Paris, graduated Cum Laude at the Marangoni Institute with a three-year programme in Fashion Styling. Growing up, Federica saw the sacrifices her family had to make and this instilled in her a “Never take no for an answer” attitude. She discovered her love for fashion at a young age, thanks to the french curator Olivier Saillard, being fascinated by his magnetic performances. Federicaʼs work is both feminine and experimental, where ethereal volumes and feminism are at the heart of her major inspirations. She has always been fascinated by art and womenʼs bodies and working with a wide range of artists allowed her to interact with different characters, developing a multicultural vision. Her aesthetic shows a strong influence of graphics and shapes due to her deep passion for design and interior architecture. She invites the viewers to capture the poetry and the feelings embedded in each image, finding inspiration in the everyday life. Experimental and textured styling, derived from a strong artistic intuition and sensitivity to the current styles are her secret weapon. She is currently Junior Fashion Stylist at Luisaviaroma.
